Job Title: Experienced Supply Teacher
Location: Christchurch  
Salary: £120-£140 per day
Start Date: Immediate start possible

GSL Education are assisting a range of primary schools in Christchurch and the surrounding areas, to recruit experienced supply teachers to help fill in for teachers who are absent. If you are an experienced teacher searching for a flexible opportunity where you can continue making a positive impact on pupils’ learning, whilst also being able to manage your own time and bookings. The schools are inclusive mainstream primary schools with a range of varying special education needs, therefore any experience working with and supporting pupils with additional needs would be highly desirable.
 

Where possible, bookings will be made in advance so that you can plan and organise your work schedule, however sometimes schools call in the morning and need teaching support that day. The flexible nature of supply teaching means that you can pick and choose when you want to work.

Any teachers interested in this opportunity are required to:

  • Hold a PGCE /QTS
  • Be confident within their behaviour management skills and be able to adapt to different school’s behaviour policies
  • Be prepared to cover a range of subjects

  • Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
  • Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
