Payrate: £140 to £190 per day
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Full-time
GSL Education South Yorkshire branch are seeking a dedicated Design Technology Teacher to join schools in Huddersfield. If you are a Design Technology Teacher with a passion for inspiring creativity and innovation in students, this is an exciting opportunity for you.
As a Design Technology Teacher, you will guide students through hands-on learning experiences, helping them understand key principles of design, engineering, and technology. We are looking for a Design Technology Teacher who can engage students and encourage them to develop problem-solving and practical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver innovative design technology lessons in line with the UK curriculum.
- Foster creativity and critical thinking in students.
- Manage and organise classroom tools and resources safely.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
The successful Design Technology Teacher will:
- Hold relevant teaching qualifications with experience teaching Design Technology in UK schools.
- Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
- Have a passion for practical, hands-on learning.
