Location: Huddersfield
Start date: November 2024
Payrate: £140 to £190 per day
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Full-time
GSL Education South Yorkshire branch are seeking an English Teacher to work full-time in schools across Huddersfield. If you are an English Teacher with experience in secondary education and a passion for inspiring students, this is an excellent opportunity for you.
As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons that align with the UK National Curriculum, ensuring students develop a solid understanding of key literacy skills. We are looking for an English Teacher who can foster a positive learning environment and motivate students to achieve their best.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.
- Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all students.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure continuity in learning.
The successful English Teacher will:
- Be qualified to teach English at the secondary level.
- Have recent experience teaching English in UK schools.
- Possess strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Be able to inspire students to reach their full potential.
