Job Title: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Boscombe
Salary: £76.92 - £95.68 per day (Depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time / part-time
Start: Immediately

About the role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be key in encouraging positive behaviour and helping create a supportive learning environment for students.
Essential Qualities That We Are Looking For:
- Help teachers carry out behaviour management strategies.
- Provide one-on-one support to students with behavioural challenges.
- Work with the school's SENCO and other professionals to create personalised intervention plans.
- Support students' well-being and contribute to a positive school atmosphere.
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Experience working with children or young people in a school setting.
- Understanding of behaviour management strategies and how to use them in a school.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- A patient and understanding attitude when supporting students with different needs.
- Qualifications in education or psychology are a plus.
