Job Title:
Learning Support Assistant
Location: Boscombe
Salary: £76.92 - £95.68 per day (Depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time / part-time
Start: Immediately

About the role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be key in encouraging positive behaviour and helping create a supportive learning environment for students.

Essential Qualities That We Are Looking For:

  • Help teachers carry out behaviour management strategies.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with behavioural challenges.
  • Work with the school's SENCO and other professionals to create personalised intervention plans.
  • Support students' well-being and contribute to a positive school atmosphere.

The Successful Candidate Will:

  • Experience working with children or young people in a school setting.
  • Understanding of behaviour management strategies and how to use them in a school.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • A patient and understanding attitude when supporting students with different needs.
    • Qualifications in education or psychology are a plus.
