Secondary Cover Supervisor
Location: Burntwood (WS7)
Start: Immediately
Salary: £83.33 per day
Contract: Day-to-day, Short-term, Long-term, Permanent

GSL Education is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Secondary Cover Supervisors to join our team and work in schools throughout Burntwood (WS7). This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for education and want to gain valuable experience in a classroom setting, even if they don’t hold a teaching qualification.
As a Secondary Cover Supervisor, you will be expected to:
- Manage a classroom and deliver pre-set lesson plans during teacher absences.
- Encourage and support students to remain engaged in their work.
- Uphold the school’s behaviour policies and promote a positive learning environment.
- Provide feedback to teachers about student performance during the cover lessons.
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Meet GSL’s safer recruitment background checks.
- Hold a valid Enhanced Child DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
- Be confident, adaptable, and enjoy working with students from diverse backgrounds.
