About the Role:
- Delivering high-quality lessons in the absence of regular teachers.
- Ensuring students are engaged, focused, and on task during lessons.
- Managing classroom behavior and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.
- Adapting quickly to different subjects, year groups, and school settings.
- Following lesson plans provided by the school and providing additional support when required.
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualifications.
- Experience working in a classroom, ideally in a supply or cover role.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Adaptability to different teaching environments and year groups.
- A passion for education and helping students achieve their best.
