Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Location: Boston
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £100 - £140 per day
Full-Time Position
GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking an experienced HLTA to join a secondary school in Boston, starting immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role within the classroom and contribute to student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead small group interventions and support learning across the school.
- Cover classes in the absence of the class teacher.
- Provide specialist support to students with additional needs.
- Assist with planning and delivering lessons alongside teachers.
Requirements:
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A passion for working with secondary students to enhance their learning experience.
