Teaching Assistant

Location: Boston (Alternative Provision)

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £90 - £120 per day

Full-Time Position

GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support student behaviour in a school's alternative provision setting in Boston. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a unique environment, providing guidance and support to students who may need additional behavioural and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students in their personal development and behaviour management.
  • Work closely with the alternative provision team to implement behaviour strategies.
  • Build positive relationships with students to encourage their success in education.
  • Assist in managing the classroom and promoting a calm learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with challenging behaviour is highly desirable.
  • Patience, resilience, and excellent communication skills.
  • A passion for supporting student development and well-being.
