We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Humanities to join our dynamic secondary schools in Southend-on-Sea. This is an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced Teacher of Humanities or a qualified teacher with expertise in History, Geography, or Religious Studies, who is looking to inspire and motivate students. The successful Teacher of Humanities will play a key role in delivering high-quality education and engaging lessons to students across Year 3 and 4, encouraging a love for the humanities and critical thinking.

As a Teacher of Humanities, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
  • Assessing, tracking, and reporting on students' progress to ensure each student achieves their full potential.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student growth and development.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities and events.
