Salary: £75-£110 per day

Responsibilities as a Graduate Teaching Assistant POST 16:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons to Post 16 students.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to help students achieve their learning goals.
- Support students with their academic progress, offering guidance and encouragement.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning atmosphere.
- Work with students to improve their confidence and subject understanding.
- Assist in planning and preparing educational materials.
Requirements for Graduate Teaching Assistant POST 16:
- A degree or equivalent qualification.
- Passion for education and working with young people.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
- Enthusiasm for supporting students in their learning journey.
- Have an updated CV (covering last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
