Salary: £75-£110 per day

Responsibilities as a Graduate Teaching Assistant POST 16:

  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons to Post 16 students.
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to help students achieve their learning goals.
  • Support students with their academic progress, offering guidance and encouragement.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Work with students to improve their confidence and subject understanding.
  • Assist in planning and preparing educational materials.

Requirements for Graduate Teaching Assistant POST 16:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Passion for education and working with young people.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
  • Enthusiasm for supporting students in their learning journey.
  • Have an updated CV (covering last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
