Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Tower Hamlets
Salary: £90 - £100 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Long Term
Working Hours: 08:30 am - 3:45 pm (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Collaborate closely with teachers to create inclusive classroom environments.
  • Help students develop essential social, emotional, and academic skills.
  • Track and report on student progress, offering feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Assist in maintaining a positive and well-managed classroom environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with SEN children is highly desirable.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A commitment to promoting an inclusive learning environment.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in special education are advantageous but not essential.
