Are you passionate about supporting students with special educational needs? GSL Education is seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Barking and Dagenham. If you have experience working with children with SEN and want to make a difference, we want to hear from you!
About the Role:
- Supporting students with special educational needs in their learning and development.
- Assisting with classroom management and lesson preparation.
- Providing one-to-one and small group support for SEN students.
- Collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Encouraging student engagement and promoting a positive learning environment.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience working with SEN students in a school setting.
- Strong communication and empathy skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative.
- A passion for helping students achieve their full potential.
- Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support are preferred.
