Humanities Teacher
Location: Gateshead
Salary: £125 - £155 per day
Start Date: ASAP

As a Humanities Teacher, you will engage students in thought-provoking lessons, helping them explore different cultures, historical events, and the environment. The school is seeking someone who can create an inclusive and stimulating learning atmosphere.
Responsibilities as a Humanities Teacher:
- Deliver engaging lessons in Humanities subjects (History, Geography, etc.).
- Plan, prepare, and assess students’ work effectively.
- Support students' academic growth and development.
- Create a positive classroom environment that promotes learning.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
- Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and child protection are maintained.
Requirements for Humanities Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Humanities subjects at secondary level.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- A clear DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
