Food & Technology Teacher
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £140 - £190 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Long Term, Full-time

GSL Education are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Food & Technology Teacher to join schools in Sheffield starting immediately.

This exciting role of Teacher of Food & Technology involves teaching students syllabus according to Food & Technology, preparing engaging lessons according to the key stages, and supporting students in both one-to-one and small group settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach Food & Technology to students according to the national curriculum.
  • Prepare and deliver lessons according to the key stages.
  • Help students in one-to-one or small group settings with their studies and practical work.
  • Develop engaging lesson plans and learning materials.
  • Encourage creativity and problem-solving skills in the classroom.

Teacher of Food & Technology Job Requirements:

  • Hold QTS or QTLS, PGCE, or ECT is required.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a Food & Technology Teacher.
  • Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students to excel in Food & Technology.
