Graduate Teaching Assistant (Primary)
Location: Cramlington
Salary: £75 - £110 per day

GSL Education are looking for a passionate Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Cramlington. Join as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and make a real difference in the lives of young learners!
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant (Primary), you will work closely with teachers, helping to deliver engaging lessons and provide support to students. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a classroom setting while contributing to a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities as a Graduate Teaching Assistant (Primary):
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons.
- Support individual and small groups of students with their learning.
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
- Take part in school activities and trips as needed.
To be a successful Graduate Teaching Assistant (Primary), you need:
- A degree (any discipline) and a passion for education.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work well with children and as part of a team.
- A desire to pursue a career in teaching or education.
- Previous experience in a school or with children is beneficial but not essential.
- Have an updated CV (covering last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
