As a Graduate in schools, you'll help teachers with lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and support students individually. This role is perfect for anyone thinking about a career in teaching or education.

Role: Graduate Roles in Schools
Location: Poole
Salary Range: £120 - £150 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate or January 2025

Essential Skills and Qualities that we are looking from you:

  • Help teachers deliver fun lessons and activities in different subjects.
  • Support students by working with them one-on-one or in small groups.
  • Assist in managing classroom behaviour to keep a positive and welcoming environment.
  • Help prepare teaching materials and resources for lessons.
  • Keep track of how students are doing and share feedback with teachers about their learning needs.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Recent graduate with a degree in any subject, ideally with an interest in education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

What We’re Looking For: To thrive in these roles, you should:

  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from the last two years.
  • Possess a DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
