As a Graduate in schools, you'll help teachers with lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and support students individually. This role is perfect for anyone thinking about a career in teaching or education.
Role: Graduate Roles in Schools
Location: Poole
Salary Range: £120 - £150 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate or January 2025

- Teaching Assistant (TA)
- Cover Supervisor
- Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
- School Administrator
- Pastoral Support Worker
- Behaviour Support Assistant

Essential Skills and Qualities that we are looking from you:
- Help teachers deliver fun lessons and activities in different subjects.
- Support students by working with them one-on-one or in small groups.
- Assist in managing classroom behaviour to keep a positive and welcoming environment.
- Help prepare teaching materials and resources for lessons.
- Keep track of how students are doing and share feedback with teachers about their learning needs.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Recent graduate with a degree in any subject, ideally with an interest in education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
What We’re Looking For: To thrive in these roles, you should:
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from the last two years.
- Possess a DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
