As a Graduate working in schools, you will support teachers and contribute to the educational development of students. You will play a key role in assisting with lesson delivery, managing classroom behaviour, and providing individualised support to students. This role is ideal for those considering a career in teaching or education-related fields.
Role: Graduate Roles in Schools
Location: Bournemouth
Salary Range: £120 - £150 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate or January 2025

Essential Skills and Qualities that we are looking from you:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and learning activities across various subjects.
- Support students in their learning by providing one-on-one or small group assistance.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Contribute to the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers on their learning needs.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Recent graduate with a degree in any subject, ideally with an interest in education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
What We’re Looking For: To thrive in these roles, you should:
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from the last two years.
- Possess a DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
