As a Graduate working in schools, you will support teachers and contribute to the educational development of students. You will play a key role in assisting with lesson delivery, managing classroom behaviour, and providing individualised support to students. Role: Graduate Roles in Schools
Location: Bournemouth
Salary Range: £120 - £150 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate or January 2025

Essential Skills and Qualities that we are looking from you:

  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and learning activities across various subjects.
  • Support students in their learning by providing one-on-one or small group assistance.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers on their learning needs.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Recent graduate with a degree in any subject, ideally with an interest in education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

What We’re Looking For: To thrive in these roles, you should:

  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from the last two years.
  • Possess a DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
