This is a fantastic chance to gain experience in various school-based roles, including Teaching Assistant (TA), Cover Supervisor, Learning Support Assistant (LSA), Exam Invigilator, and Supply Teaching Assistant (Supply TA). Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom support to teachers and students.
- Assist with educational activities and group work.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Offer one-on-one support to students who may need extra help.
- Support students with their learning process and monitoring exams as well.
- Step into a variety of teaching assistant roles along with teachers.
Requirements:
- You must be a university student or recent graduate.
- Flexibility to work time around your university schedule.
- Passionate about working with children and young people.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing classroom needs.
- A strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
- Ability to adapt to different roles such as Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Cover Supervisor, and Supply Teaching Assistant
- Previous experience in a school setting is helpful but not essential
