Teaching Assistant
Location: Fareham
Salary: £12.82 to £14 per hour
Start Date: ASAP

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant school community in Fareham. This is a fantastic opportunity to support students in their educational journey and contribute to a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who need extra help.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
- Prepare and organise teaching materials and resources.
- Support students with special educational needs.
- Supervise students during break times and school activities.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is desirable.
- A genuine passion for working with children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare.
