Teaching Assistant
Location: Basingstoke
Salary: £12.82 to £14 per hour

Responsibilities
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support teachers in the classroom and help with lesson delivery.
- Assist students with their learning and provide one-on-one support as needed.
- Help create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Work with small groups to reinforce skills and concepts.
- Encourage students to develop their social and emotional skills.
- Monitor and report on student progress.
- Assist with classroom management and organisation.
Requirements
To be a successful Teaching Assistant, you should:
- Have a passion for education and helping children succeed.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic.
- Hold relevant qualifications or experience in a school setting.
- Have a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
