Working Hours: 08:30 am – 03:45 pm (Monday to Friday)

What You’ll Do:
- Provide Focused Support: Assist children with SEMH needs, ensuring they have the individual attention they need to succeed.
- Support Across Key Stages: Work with students across Key Stages 1 and 2, adapting to their unique educational needs.
- Create an Inclusive Environment: Help create a positive, inclusive atmosphere where all students feel supported and valued.
- Collaborate with Educators: Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to implement tailored support plans and interventions.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Develop strong bonds with students, fostering their academic, social, and emotional growth.

What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking proactive, patient, and enthusiastic individuals who want to make a real impact in the classroom. Ideal candidates should have:
- Experience: Previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEN, safeguarding, and child protection is essential.
- Team Spirit: Ability to work collaboratively with a team, as well as independently when needed.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with students and staff.
- Desirable Qualifications: Relevant qualifications or training in education, SEN, or child development are a bonus.
