Working Hours: 08:30 am – 03:45 pm (Monday to Friday)

  • Create an Inclusive Environment: Help create a positive, inclusive atmosphere where all students feel supported and valued.
  • Collaborate with Educators: Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to implement tailored support plans and interventions.

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking proactive, patient, and enthusiastic individuals who want to make a real impact in the classroom. Ideal candidates should have:

  • Experience: Previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or similar role is preferred.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEN, safeguarding, and child protection is essential.
  • Team Spirit: Ability to work collaboratively with a team, as well as independently when needed.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with students and staff.
  • Desirable Qualifications: Relevant qualifications or training in education, SEN, or child development are a bonus.
