Salary Scale: £76.92 to £103.04 per day

About the Role:
GSL Education are looking for a passionate Teaching Assistant for a position at one of our schools in Hook. In this role, you will provide tailored support to individual students, foster a love for learning, and help advance their academic progress in group settings. Teaching Assistant Role:
- Support teachers in the planning and delivery of dynamic and engaging lessons.
- Offer individualised assistance to students, aiding them in understanding complex concepts and achieving academic excellence.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting student participation and collaboration.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create innovative teaching strategies and resources.

Requirements for Teaching Assistant role:
- Hold a bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
- Be available for work Monday to Friday.
- Be proactive, energetic, kind and caring towards students.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to go through the process with us).
- A fully checkable work history.
- Flexibility to adapt to various teaching styles and environments.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
To work with GSL Education as a Teaching Assistant, you should:
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
- Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
