About the Role:
As a General Admin, you will play a crucial role in the smooth running of our primary schools. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure that administrative processes are efficient and effective, supporting both staff and students.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including handling correspondence, maintaining records, and scheduling appointments.
  • Provide support to the school leadership team, including preparing reports and managing school events.
  • Coordinate with teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive working environment.
  • Assist in the management of school finances, including processing invoices and maintaining budgets.
  • Handle inquiries from parents and the community, providing excellent customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures, including safeguarding and data protection.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have SIMS knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the school environment.
