About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Learning: Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons, working with students individually or in small groups to support their learning and development.
- Classroom Management: Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to students, helping them to achieve their academic and personal goals.
- Resource Preparation: Help prepare learning materials and resources to support teaching and learning activities.
- Progress Monitoring: Assist in monitoring and reporting on student progress, contributing to the planning and assessment process.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: A degree or current university enrolment in any subject area.
- Experience: Previous experience working with children or young people is advantageous but not essential.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Commitment: A passion for education and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young people.
