The Role:
As a Business Graduate, you will support the teaching staff in delivering engaging lessons and assisting students in their learning journey. This role offers a unique chance to develop your skills in education while sharing your passion for business with young minds.
Key Responsibilities of the Business Graduate:
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging business lessons.
- Support students with their learning, providing guidance and encouragement.
- Help maintain a positive classroom environment that fosters learning and participation.
- Contribute to the development of resources and activities that enhance the business curriculum.
- Monitor and report on student progress to assist with their academic development.
- Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills.
Essential Requirements of the Business Graduate:
- A recent degree in Business or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with students.
- A passion for education and a desire to support student learning.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, with a requirement for an enhanced DBS check.
