Teaching Assistant
Location: Sleaford
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £83 - £100 per day
Contract: Full Time
Join GSL Education Lincolnshire as a Teaching Assistant in a Sleaford-based school. This full-time role offers the chance to make a difference by supporting students in a dynamic and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation.
- Work with small groups of students or on a one-to-one basis to support learning.
- Assist with student progress tracking and reporting.
- Help create an encouraging and positive classroom atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children in an educational setting is an advantage.
- A commitment to helping students succeed in their academic journey.
