Job Summary of a Music Teacher:
In this exciting role, you will teach students, delivering engaging music lessons and inspiring a love for music. You'll have the opportunity to develop innovative curricula, lead extracurricular music activities, and contribute to a creative learning environment. Job Responsibilities of a Music Teacher:
- Deliver engaging and high-quality music lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
- Develop and implement innovative music curricula and lesson plans.
- Foster a creative and inclusive learning environment.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback to help them excel.
- Organize and lead extracurricular music activities, including school performances and clubs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall music programme.
Qualifications as PE (Physical Education) Teacher:
- Must be Experienced with QTS, QLTS or PGCE.
- Strong knowledge of the music curriculum.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of diverse abilities.
- Experience in leading school music events and activities is desirable.
- A genuine passion for music and teaching.
- Must have DBS (updated service)
