About the Role:
As a Midday Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supervising students during lunchtime. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of students.
- Supervising students in the dining hall and playground.
- Managing behaviour and resolving conflicts.
- Supporting students with their lunch routines.
- Creating a positive and inclusive lunchtime environment.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting students.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Relevant qualifications or training are a plus but not essential.
