About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored support to students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting students individually or in small groups to help them achieve their learning goals.
- Supporting the development and implementation of individualized education plans.
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
- Managing and supporting students with diverse learning needs.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting student development.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education or support are a plus but not essential.
