About the Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored support to students. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting students individually or in small groups to help them achieve their learning goals.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of individualized education plans.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
  • Managing and supporting students with diverse learning needs.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting student development.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in education or support are a plus but not essential.
