Pay rate: £83.33 - £95.00 per day

The Role:
As a HLTA Learning Support Assistant, you will be instrumental in assisting teachers and supporting students to ensure they receive the best possible education. Your role is essential in creating an inclusive and positive classroom atmosphere where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the delivery of engaging lessons, working closely with teachers to plan and execute effective educational activities.
- Provide tailored support to students, ensuring individual needs are met and helping them achieve their full potential.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every student feels valued and supported.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing detailed feedback to teachers and parents.
- Encourage positive behavior and help students develop essential life skills.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive educational environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and parents.
- A compassionate and patient approach to addressing the needs of students.
- A collaborative mindset, working well with teachers and support staff.
- Flexibility to assist in various classroom activities and adapt to the evolving
needs of students.
