Maths Teacher
Location: North Shields, North Tyneside
Salary: £130 - £170 per day
Contract: Full Time, Temporary
About the Role:
GSL Education are recruiting a passionate Maths Teacher to join secondary education in North Shields. This role offers an opportunity to inspire students and contribute to their academic success.
Job Summary:
- Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons that meet the needs of all students.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and success.
Job Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and teaching strategies.
- Support students in their academic and personal development.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant Maths teaching experience.
- Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Maths.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.

Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies. Background checks, including an enhanced DBS disclosure, are required.
