Graduate Teaching Assistant - Primary
Location: Sunderland, Tyne & Wear
Salary: £75 - £100 per day
Contract: Full Time, Temporary
GSL Education are seeking Graduate Teaching Assistants to join primary schools in Sunderland. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates to gain valuable experience in the educational sector.
Job Summary:
- Support primary teachers in delivering educational activities.
- Assist with classroom management and student supervision.
- Help children with their educational and social development.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide additional support to pupils during lessons.
- Prepare classroom resources and materials.
- Assist with the planning and organisation of lessons.
Qualifications:
- Degree in any discipline (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
- Powerful desire to work in education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Please note: This role requires a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection, and successful candidates must satisfy all background checks including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
