Speech & Language Therapist
Start Date: Immediate start preferable, but willing to wait for the right candidate.
Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified, enthusiastic, and motivated Speech and Language Therapist to join our growing school & college team. You will join a well-established and friendly speech and language team, with provided and encouraged CPD opportunities. The role offers prospects for professional development and career growth within our expanding trust, with regular supervision, support, and guidance from a fellow Specialist Speech and Language Therapist.
Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload, assessing children across the school and college.
- Plan therapy levels based on evidence-based practices, knowledge, and experience.
- Work closely with teaching staff and professionals to support the speech, language, and communication needs of children.
- Conduct training sessions for teachers, teaching assistants, and parents/carers as needed.
Requirements:
- Qualifications in Speech and Language Therapy.
- Experience working with children with Autism and learning difficulties is desirable.
- Productive, creative, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
Additional Information:
- Part-time and job share options are available.
- Salary will reflect experience, making this role suitable for newly qualified therapists and those with relevant experience.
