Salary Scale:  £85- £90 per day (based on experience)

GSL Education London is seeking a Behaviour Support for one of its client schools located in Newham. If you are someone who enjoys working in a challenging environment and with a passion to guide SEN students with behavioural issues, we have an opening just for you!

This is an OFSTED rated ‘Good’ School with students who needs to be guided with exceptional capabilities. The school practices a plethora of techniques to take care of students from diverse backgrounds. Their techniques include self-regulations, therapeutic interventions, providing learning opportunities within their favourite subjects and many more. The Behaviour Support should have the following:

  • Previous experience of working as a Behaviour Support.
  • Improve the behaviour and well-being of individual pupils.
  • Support pupils who are experiencing learning difficulties.
  • Be able to establish meaningful positive relationships quickly.
  • Support pupils inside and outside of the classroom.
  • Help pupils to increase their confidence and self-esteem by listening to them and devising appropriate strategies.

The Behaviour Support should have:

  • The Right to Work in the UK
  • An enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application through us
  • Two professional child related references
  • An updated CV
