Post 16 TA
- Location: Newcastle
- Salary: £75 - £100 per day
- Contract: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent
GSL Education are looking for dedicated Post 16 Teaching Assistants to support students in post-secondary educational settings in Newcastle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of educational programs to students aged 16+.
- Provide one-to-one support and small group tuition.
- Support the development of employability skills and preparation for further education.
- Liaise with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote student success.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a similar role or a degree in education.
- Strong understanding of the academic and social needs of older adolescents.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate students.
- A proactive and supportive approach to education.
