Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Hounslow
Salary: £90 to £110 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term
Are you a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in the lives of students with special educational needs? GSL Education is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join a supportive school in Hounslow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment.
- Support students with behavioural, emotional, and learning difficulties.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with SEN students is preferable.
- A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and patient approach to supporting students.
