Location: Hook
Salary: £12.82 to £14.72 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

About the Role
The role of an SEN Teaching Assistant involves providing vital support to students, enabling them to excel academically and socially. Whether assisting one-on-one or in small groups, you’ll contribute significantly to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
With a variety of contract options available, including day-to-day, long-term, part-time, and full-time, this role offers the flexibility you need while making a difference in the lives of students.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individual and group support to students with SEN, encouraging confidence and independence.
- Assist teachers in planning and implementing differentiated lessons.
- Foster an inclusive atmosphere where all students can thrive.
- Support the social and emotional well-being of pupils.
- Keep accurate records of student progress and contribute to educational plans.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for working with children with SEN.
- Relevant experience is helpful but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability, patience, and a positive mindset.
- A valid Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
