Cover Supervisor
Location: Spalding
Salary: £90 - £120 per day
Start Date: January 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time
Are you confident managing classrooms and supporting students? GSL Education Lincolnshire is searching for a proactive Cover Supervisor to work in a vibrant secondary school in Spalding.
The Role:
- Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain focused.
- Provide support to students during lessons and with homework.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a school setting or similar environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities.
