- Experience in supporting students with SEN, ideally in a classroom setting, although training can be provided for the right candidate.
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to working with children.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
- The ability to adapt your approach to meet the individual needs of each student, helping them to thrive academically and socially.
- A passion for making a difference in the lives of students and helping them overcome challenges.
