GSL Education are currently seeking an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to provide support throughout KS1 – specifically supporting two pupils with ASC at one of our Primary schools in Stockport. The role will involve assisting the class teacher in the delivery of the curriculum (differentiated), providing support and direction as required. Previous experience working one-to-one with autistic pupils would be beneficial but not essential.

To be considered for this role, you will:

  • Have experience of supporting in Primary Schools
  • Be able to work confidently as a key member of the classroom team
  • Demonstrate excellent behaviour management strategies and classroom management skills
