Location: Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells
Salary: £90 - £100 per day
Start date: Immediately
Contract: Term Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Classroom Supervision: Take charge of supervising classes during teacher absences, fostering a positive and productive atmosphere for optimal learning.
- Guidance and Support: Offer valuable guidance and support to students, ensuring they complete tasks to the highest standard and empowering them in their academic pursuits.
- Effective Communication: Address general inquiries and provide constructive feedback after cover lessons, contributing to a continuous cycle of improvement.
- Collaborative Approach: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent approaches, providing additional support to students with varying needs.
