Role – SEN Teaching Assistant
Start Date– ASAP
Pay: Up to £90 per day
Location: Tower Hamlets, East London
We are looking for an exceptional Teaching Assistant to work as an SEN Teaching Assistant. You will have prior experience in supporting children with special educational needs. The successful teaching assistant will support a group of 12 pupils from Reception to KS2 with a variety of SEN needs. You will work to ensure pupils reach their social and learning aims consistently.
This role will be full-time to join a primary school in Tower Hamlets. The school has been rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted. There is weekly CPD and opportunities for career progression as well as the potential to secure a permanent contract at the school.
SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Have experience supporting children with SEN
- Have a passion to work with special educational needs
- Able to support pupils on both a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Support children on an EHCP Plan
