The Role:

As a Drama Graduate, you will support the delivery of drama lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, under the guidance and supervision of qualified teachers. Whether it's leading warm-up exercises, facilitating improvisation activities, or directing school productions, you will play a vital role in igniting students' passion for drama and theatre.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting with the planning and delivery of drama lessons that inspire creativity and imagination

- Providing individualized support to students to help them develop their performance skills and confidence

- Collaborating with teachers and support staff to create dynamic and engaging learning experiences

- Organizing and overseeing drama clubs, workshops, and extracurricular activities

- Using your passion for drama to motivate and inspire students to explore the world of theatre

 

Requirements:

- A degree in Drama or a related subject

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A passion for the performing arts and a desire to share your enthusiasm with students

- Creativity and innovation in lesson planning and delivery

- Dedication to safeguarding and child protection, with a willingness to undergo necessary background checks
