The Role:

As a Maths Graduate, you will support the delivery of mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, under the guidance and supervision of qualified teachers. Whether it's providing one-to-one support, leading small group sessions, or assisting with classroom activities, you will play a vital role in helping students develop their mathematical skills and confidence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting with the planning and delivery of mathematics lessons in line with the national curriculum

- Providing individualized support to students to help them overcome challenges and achieve their academic goals

- Using your subject knowledge and expertise to explain complex mathematical concepts in a clear and engaging manner

- Assisting with the preparation of resources and materials for lessons and assessments

- Collaborating with teachers and support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

 

Requirements:

- A degree in Mathematics or a related subject

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A passion for education and a desire to support students in achieving their full potential

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Dedication to safeguarding and child protection, with a willingness to undergo necessary background checks
