The Role:

As our Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, covering a range of mathematical topics including algebra, geometry, and calculus. Whether it's teaching foundational concepts to younger students or preparing older students for exams, you will play a crucial role in helping students develop confidence and proficiency in mathematics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Planning and delivering stimulating maths lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students
- Providing individualized support and guidance to students to help them overcome challenges and reach their full potential
- Incorporating real-world examples and practical applications to make maths relevant and accessible to students
- Using a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage students and enhance their understanding of mathematical concepts
- Assessing student progress and providing timely feedback to support their academic development

Requirements:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in Mathematics Education
- Proven experience teaching mathematics across different Key Stages, with a strong understanding of the national curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students
- A passion for mathematics and a commitment to promoting mathematical literacy and numeracy skills
- Dedication to safeguarding and child protection, with a willingness to undergo necessary background checks
