SEMH Tutor

Location: Rotherham

Salary Scale: £75 - £110 per day

Status: Full Time, Part time

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:

A SEMH Tutor working with students with special educational needs and mental health needs in schools play a vital role in creating inclusive and supportive learning environments, promoting the well-being and academic success of all students. Seize this chance to influence the next generation's development with in GSL's creative and collaborative teaching atmosphere, receiving valuable support along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering tailored academic support to students with SEMH needs
  • Providing pastoral care and emotional support to students
  • Collaborating with teaching staff and external professionals to develop individualized learning plans
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment

The successful candidate will:

  • Valid driver's license (Must drive)
  • Experience working with children with SEMH needs
  • Ability to provide support and guidance in academic and personal development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
