Salary Scale: £95 - £105 per day

About the Role:
GSL Education are currently seeking passionate and proactive Teaching Assistants to join a vibrant primary school in Barnsley. This is a dynamic role where you will support classroom activities and provide essential assistance to ensure a nurturing and effective learning environment for all students.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of daily classroom activities and educational programs.
- Work under the guidance of the teaching staff to support individual and group learning.
- Help maintain a safe, tidy, and organised environment for students.
- Engage with children to enhance their learning and social skills.
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with teachers.
- Show a passion for education and a commitment to helping children achieve their full potential.
- Possess patience, flexibility, and a positive approach to student support.
