Location: Maidstone
Salary: £90 - £100 per day
Start date: Immediately

In this role as a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in creating an engaging learning environment and providing valuable support to students as they strive to reach their full potential.
Primary responsibilities of a Cover Supervisor:
- Supervise classes during teacher absences, fostering a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
- Offer guidance and support to students, assisting them in completing tasks to a high standard.
- Respond to general inquiries and provide constructive feedback after cover lessons.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent approaches and support students with varying needs.
- Promote student well-being and foster a nurturing ethos within the school community.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate a friendly and approachable demeanour, fostering strong connections with both students and colleagues.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to form meaningful relationships with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Exhibit strong organisational capabilities, adaptability, and composure in a dynamic classroom setting.
