Primary Teacher

Location: Tunbridge Wells

Salary Scale:  £110 - £170 per day

Start Date: ASAP, Full time

GSL Education Kent are actively seeking a qualified Primary Teacher for immediate placement at Client Schools in Tunbridge Wells. This immediate start position offers a competitive daily rate, with potential for contract extension based on performance, while playing a vital role in laying a strong foundation for our future learners.

The Role:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons that align with the national curriculum.
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of young learners.
  • Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and the school community.

Requirements:

  • Hold Qualified Teaching Status: PGCE with QTS or QTLS, or working towards QTS.
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 is advantageous.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to creating a positive and nurturing learning environment.
  • A full checkable work history
